After becoming a vegan a few years back due to health concerns, it was hard to find healthy food options under such a strict diet. After much research not only did my health improve but I was encouraged to take on this new venture. I thank God every day for this second chance in life. Thank you for coming to my first pop up market at Monrovia Street Fair & Market in Southern California. We sold 50% of our food which is an amazing start.

At Tutto Vegano, we pride ourselves on using only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients. This commitment ensures that every dish is not just delicious but also packed with nutrients that feeds the soul. The ingredients we use are all natural and contain no added sugars, GMOs, trans fat or preservatives. But, it doesn't stop there. We have crafted specific recipes to touch every pallet and more to try and fit the needs of all.
Tutto Vegano is Italian meaning "All Vegan". I wanted a name that ties with my Italian heritage. Yes being a vegan meant giving up dairy, poultry and meat but, it was worth it to live a healthier life. However, having healthy vegan options is ideal and is just a step further from being a vegetarian. The food is tasty and won't make you feel bloated or guilty because its actually good for your body. When I'm leaving for work, the gym or just running errands with my daughter, we can always grab something nutritious to satisfy our hunger.
Vegan food is grown in nature without any modifications and doesn't come from animals. It is loaded with vitamins and minerals which the body needs to nurture itself. Studies have shown that plant based diets minimize or eliminate chronic diseases. An article published in "Food Technology in October 2012" explained that plant-based diets either minimize or completely eliminate people's genetic propensity to developing chronic diseases, such as diabetes type 2, cardiovascular disease, and cancer.
Depending on they type of salad I feel like eating, my pallet always welcomes delicious vegan dressings. Having a variety to choose from makes me feel I have options and not just the same thing every day. Some days I feel like having Caesar dressing but, other days I may be in the mood for Balsamic or Green Goddess dressing. Whatever your pallet desires I think we will have something tasty to offer.
Our vegan/gluten free seed breads and focaccia are amazing. They are homemade and the perfect accompaniment to any meal. In the morning I will toast 2 slices of seed bread topped with a smashed avocado and top it with sprouts, nutritional yeast and a few sliced baby red tomatoes. It is mouth watering and a delicious experience.
Most of our desserts are vegan sweet treats made without any animal products such as dairy, eggs or honey. There are so many exciting options to choose from and as the seasons change so will the desserts. From raspberry bars during the summer to cranberry pie in the fall you can always find something for that sweet tooth and not feel guilty to indulge.
Nice to have additional options if you're in a hurry. Sometimes grabbing something quick to snack on when you are in a hurry is ideal; especially when its something healthy. Check out what we have to offer.
